Leavenworth's newest project located on Front Street in the Heart of Downtown Leavenworth, WA.  Developed by Flint Hartwig & Eider Construction this is a new Mercantile and Restaurant space abutting Front Street and the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth.
Syndicate Smith was in charge of the Shell and Core Design Architectural Services with select tenant improvement designs for the owner of the building.  The design references traditional Bauernhaus designs of Southern Germany and Austria.
It is now the home to the following businesses:
