Project Manager
 
Description: 
Architectural Project Managers use their talents in nearly every aspect of a project. They consult with clients, visit sites, and collaborate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and more as they assess project needs, timelines, and budgets, 
and manage each project from planning through to fruition. A Project Manager must have keen attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to balance client needs, contractor schedules, and construction administration, ensuring successful project completion. 
 
Responsibilities:
▪ Works independently on projects and leads project design efforts. 
▪ Manages architectural production team if the project requires. 
▪ Develop plans in collaboration with design teams.
▪ Lead team in project design and documentation.
▪ Plan, draw, and design for project completion.
▪ Produce renderings, illustrations, and construction documents to support design concepts.
▪ Actively manage project budgets & timelines.
▪ Plan, coordinate and manage project deliverables.
▪ Communicates with clients in a clear and professional manner. Creates and organizes communication logs for 
project. 
▪ Coordinates with all subcontractors, contractors, jurisdictional contacts, and other agencies.
▪ Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
▪ Actively works to identify and solve problems. Creates solutions to individual project challenges. 
▪ Responsible for the administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. Including communication with general contractor regarding process and expectations. 
▪ Maintains adherence to contract’s scope of work. Identifies potential out of scope requests and addresses with Principal in charge. 
▪ Positively contributes to office culture, policy, and procedure. This includes taking initiative in communication of comments, ideas, concerns, or questions to administrative team. 
 
Skills and Proficiencies:
▪ Strong leadership abilities

▪ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software
▪ Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Architectural Designer 
 
Description: 
Architectural Designers support various architectural projects. They work on many things, including helping prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and helping develop and finalize Construction  Documents. The nature of their work is typically collaborative, working as part of a team under the supervision of a Project Manager. 
 
Responsibilities:
▪ Work with Principals and Project Managers assisting with various projects.
▪ Help to plan, draw, and design for project completion.
▪ Produce renderings, illustrations, and construction documents to support design concepts.
▪ Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects.
▪ Assist Project Manager with coordination of all subcontractors, contractors, jurisdictional contacts, and others
▪ Maintains organization within company folders and drawing sets.
▪ Participates in client meetings when requested. Assists in meeting preparation and client communication and is cognizant of client expectations.
▪ Actively works to identify and solve problems. Creates solutions to individual project challenges. 
▪ Actively manages time and budgetary constraints for a project.
▪ Maintains adherence to contract’s scope of work. Identifies potential out of scope requests and addresses with Project Manager.
▪ Accurately and consistently tracks time in Core.
▪ Positively contributes to office culture, policy, and procedure. This includes taking initiative in communication of comments, ideas, concerns, or questions to administrative team. 
▪ Attend site visits when requested by Project Manager or Principal.
 
Skills and Proficiencies:
▪ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software
▪ Expertise in hand drawing and designing, including color rendering
▪ Experience producing construction documents
▪ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
▪ Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
▪ Ability to work with minimal supervision
▪ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
▪ Strong collaborative and problem-solving skill
